The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and overall performance of The Classic Stitch retail store. This role leads the store team, drives sales and customer experience, and manages merchandising, inventory, and operational standards. The Store Manager also partners closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives and support continued growth.

The ideal person for this role is hardworking, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a passionate and expert needlepoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily performance, sales, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop store associates.
• Deliver exceptional service and foster community relationships.
• Maintain visual standards, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify opportunities and execute initiatives that improve store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support assortment planning, purchasing, and product coordination across categories.
• Manage product information, uploads, quality assurance, and launch readiness.
• Oversee photography and related creative workflows to ensure products are customer-ready.
• Coordinate new product initiatives from concept through execution.
  
• Partner across teams on strategic projects, process improvements, and evolving business needs.

• Execute core responsibilities like assisting customers select thread, projects, accessories, taping canvases, light cleaning, restocking, and assisting the Store Manager with tasks as needed. 
• Ensure everyone walking through the door has a positive experience and leaves wanting to return.
