Job Overview:
The Store Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and overall performance of The Classic Stitch retail store. This role leads the store team, drives sales and customer experience, and manages merchandising, inventory, and operational standards. The Store Manager also partners closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives and support continued growth.
The ideal person for this role is hardworking, customer-focused, solution-oriented, and a passionate and expert needlepoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own daily performance, sales, and operational standards.
- Hire, train, schedule, coach, and develop store associates.
- Deliver exceptional service and foster community relationships.
- Maintain visual standards, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Identify opportunities and execute initiatives that improve store performance.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
