Pin & Tonic
Meet Ada, the creative force behind Pin & Tonic, whose needlepoint journey began during her senior year of high school on spring break. What started with a small 4x4 canvas quickly grew into more intricate designs as she recovered from knee surgery. Growing up in Kansas City and later moving to Chicago for school, Ada draws inspiration from her love of the Midwest, cherished childhood memories of skiing and fishing in Colorado, and a passion for all things bright, sparkly, and striped. Two favorites from her collection are the "Sardine Tin" and the vibrant "Lincoln Park Local" crest. For Ada, designing needlepoint canvases is a joyful way to personalize the things she loves, offering a unique escape from the everyday while watching her creations come to life.
